우리가 본 문제The problem we kept seeing
도시는 열려 있는데, 문이 어디 있는지 알 수 없었습니다.The city is wide open. Finding the door is the hard part.
전주를 찾는 외국인이 가장 원하는 것은 역사와 문화를 직접 겪는 경험입니다. 그런데 앞을 막는 것은 늘 같습니다 — 읽히지 않는 언어, 흩어진 정보, 감이 오지 않는 이동. 좋은 것이 없어서가 아니라, 그 앞에 언어와 길이 놓여 있어서입니다.Ask foreigners what they came to Jeonju for, and the answer is history and culture — the kind you experience firsthand. Ask what got in the way, and it's always the same three things: a language you can't read, information scattered everywhere, transport you can't quite predict. The problem was never a shortage of good things. It was the language, and the way in.

Reviews, notes and on-the-ground knowledge are scattered across the Korean web — we gather them, bring them into your language, and always link back to the original source. On top of that sits what travelers write themselves.

준비가 됐다는 신호가 확인되면, 웰니스 여행과 자가 기록을 잇는 카테고리를 전주패스의 이름 아래 엽니다. 그때에도 전주패스는 진료를 알선하거나 예약하지 않습니다. 스스로 남기는 기록과 문화 콘텐츠의 범위 안에서만 확장합니다.Once that readiness is clear, we'll open a category under the JeonjuPass name that pairs wellness travel with your own notes. Even then, JeonjuPass will not refer or book anyone for treatment. We expand only within what we can do: personal notes and cultural content.

우리 팀에는 전주에서 환자를 보는 한의사가 있습니다. 그래서 의료의 경계선을 흐리게 두지 않기로 처음부터 정했습니다. 다음 단계로 넘어가더라도 이 선은 그대로입니다.One of us is a licensed Korean medicine doctor who sees patients in Jeonju. That's exactly why we drew the medical line hard and early — and why it won't move as the platform grows.

창밖으로는 외국인 여행자들이 매일 지나갔습니다. 그리고 창 안쪽에는, 인구가 줄어드는 자리에서 버티는 동네가 있었습니다. "이 사람들이 짧게 스쳐 지나가지 않게 할 수는 없을까?" — 이 질문에서 시작했습니다.Outside that window, foreign travelers walked past every day. Inside it was a neighborhood holding on in a town that kept getting smaller. "Is there a way to keep them here before they've really arrived and gone?" That question is where this began.
